Americans are rightly concerned about the impact of violent crime in communities big and small. Most crime goes unreported to police, and that which is reported remains unsolved. This means our criminal justice system is failing to provide justice to most victims and prevent victimization in the future. We're advocating for better funding for law enforcement and a justice system that works for everyone by focusing on preventing violent crime and keeping communities safe.
Police spend only a small percentage of their time on violent crimes because we are asking them to do too much. It is time to end cannabis prohibition.
