"Today, the Assembly voted for the taxpayers and gave final legislative approval to the Blueprint for Prosperity. As a result, Wisconsinites will be keeping more of their paychecks each month. Because of these types of reforms, unemployment is down and our economy continues to grow. We are demonstrating to the country that reigning in out-of-control spending and cutting taxes can turn a state around. "
