National School Choice Week Town Hall Event a success!

A large crowd filled the Maine Capitol Hall of Flags to shine a spotlight on School Choice. Governor LePage issued a Proclamation in honor of the event and Education Commissioner Steven Bowen addressed the group and indicated additional school choice announcements would be coming soon.

Navigating Under the Dome

People came from across the state of Maine to attend the fourth "Navigating Under the Dome" seminar. They spent the day listening to officials and staffers explain how the Legislative process works and how they can, as citizens, participate in law making.
