About AFP-Arkansas

AFP-Arkansas’ more than 63,000 activists are committed to advancing every individual’s right to economic freedom and opportunity. AFP-AR believes reducing the size and scope of government is the best safeguard to ensuring individual productivity and prosperity for every citizen.

AFP-AR educates and engages citizen leaders in support of restraining local, state and federal government growth, and returning government to its constitutional limit. AFP-AR also actively supports legislation that expands economic freedom.

AFP-AR launched in June of 2009. They have hosted hundreds of grassroots events focused on “Hands Off My Health Care,” “Spending Revolt,” “The Cost of Hot Air” and “Impact Arkansas” educating citizens on how government overreach impact their daily lives. Today Americans for Prosperity-Arkansas has grassroots members in all 75 counties. The group holds organizational and educational meetings throughout the state including a state Defending the American Dream Summit.
