Chase Downham is senior vice president of state operations and grassroots strategies for Americans for Prosperity. Chase started with the organization in 2011, helping to launch the Indiana chapter as the state director.

A native of Cowan, Indiana, Chase graduated with high distinction from Indiana University, earning a degree in public affairs with a concentration in policy analysis. Chase has worked on political campaigns across the state of Indiana, including that of his hometown congressman, Mike Pence.

In addition, Chase has assisted in advancing state policy initiatives that have expanded school choice, lowered taxes for Hoosiers and led to Indiana becoming a right-to-work state. He is also a graduate of the Indiana Leadership Forum.

Chase lives with his wife, Gloria, and their children Graham, Serena and Dominic in Indianapolis. They are parishioners at St. Luke Catholic Church.
