James Davis serves on the board of directors for a number of non-profits, including the board of Americans for Prosperity.

In January 2017, James launched a mission-driven PR firm for which he served as president and led operations in media relations, marketing, message research, digital media, content creation, rapid response and issue campaigns. The quick growing firm (more than 100 employees in two years) played key leadership roles in numerous significant issue campaigns that resulted in tax, regulatory and criminal justice reforms, judicial appointments, and reforms at the Department of Veterans Affairs.

James has been on the frontlines of the communications world for more than 15 years. He spent four years at the Pentagon, where he spearheaded crisis communications for the Secretary of Defense.  He also spent several years in business consulting, managing critical communications campaigns for major corporations including, BP where we managed the 2010 “Deepwater Horizon” response and recovery effort. A veteran of 2008 Republican National Convention, James also ran communications for the 2012 Republican National Convention in Tampa, Florida.

James resides in northern Virginia with his wife, four daughters and son.
