Senior Policy Analyst, Free Speech and Post Secondary Education
David Voorman is a senior policy analyst covering free speech and post-secondary education policy. Most recently, he served as legislative counsel in the office of Representative Virginia Foxx (NC-05). David began his career in the White House Office of Records Management, serving under the Bush and Obama Administrations. In 2010, he left Washington, D.C. to attend law school at the University of Nebraska College of Law, where he focused on civil litigation and constitutional law. He practiced civil litigation in Nebraska before moving back to D.C. to work for Congress.
