Arlington, Va. –  The United States Trade Representative (USTR) announced Tuesday that some of the additional China tariffs set to begin on September 1, 2019 will be delayed until mid-December.

AFP President Tim Phillips issued the following statement:

“Americans are at less risk of economic harm today than they were yesterday, but not as well off as if the tariffs had never been threatened. It’s time to give Americans a real Christmas present. End the trade war.”
