NEW: Ads on Immigration from AFP Airing in Arizona
Phoenix, Arizona—As part of its “Secure Borders, Secure America” campaign, Americans for Prosperity (AFP-AZ) is airing new ads in Arizona calling on Congress to end the Biden border crisis.
Part of a seven-figure campaign, the ads feature AFP border security advisor and retired Yuma Sector Border Patrol Chief Chris Clem.
In addition to Arizona, the ads will also appear in Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Ohio, Florida, and Colorado.
AFP-AZ State Director Stephen Shadegg issued the following statement after the ad buy was announced:
“For literally decades, Arizonans have been sounding the alarm about the security risks posed by the line in the sand Biden calls a border. Unfortunately, no matter how loudly we raise our voices and ask Congress and President Biden to protect our border, no one in Washington is listening. So we’re turning up the volume with these ads and encouraging more Arizonans to contact their lawmakers and demand meaningful security along the Arizona-Mexico border. There’s too much at risk and it’s time for politicians to take it seriously.”
