HARRISBURG, Pa. – On Thursday, July 22, 2021, Americans for Prosperity-Pennsylvania (AFP-PA) will host a rally where AFP-PA State Director Ashley Klingensmith will highlight the drawbacks of the $4 trillion “infrastructure” proposal for northeastern Pennsylvanians. Activists will be encouraged to contact Rep. Matt Cartwright to express opposition to the so-called “bipartisan infrastructure framework” and encourage him to vote down this bad bill.
