SALT LAKE CITY, UT – Last week, Americans for Prosperity – Utah (AFP-UT) was in Washington D.C. for the organization’s annual Capitol Conference. While on Capitol Hill, AFP-UT met with the offices of the entire Utah delegation to discuss solutions to fix the disjointed budget process, reduce financial regulations that hinder economic growth, and ensure AFP’s priorities have a seat at the table for upcoming legislation.
AFP-UT State Director Kevin Greene release the following statement:
“We are thankful for the discussions we had with our delegation to highlight the importance of passing our federal ‘Pathway to Prosperity’ agenda. From taxes and budget reform, to fixing our outdated and broken immigration system, this legislative agenda will reignite the American dream. Utahns are blessed to have strong, conservative representation in Congress and we look forward to partnering on pressing matters facing our state and the country.”
