COLUMBIA, SC – Today, following an announcement from South Carolina House of Representatives Speaker Murrell Smith, Education and Public Works Committee Chairwoman Shannon Erickson, and State Superintendent of Education Ellen Weaver introducing H 5164 to expand the Education Savings Account program, Americans for Prosperity – South Carolina (AFP-SC) is applauding the legislation and urging quick passage.
AFP-SC State Director Candace Carroll released the following statement:
