Americans for Prosperity Endorses Senator Majority Whip Ryan Weld
CHARLESTON, W.Va. – Americans for Prosperity-West Virginia (AFP-WV), today, announced their endorsement of Senate Majority Whip Ryan Weld for the 2024 West Virginia primary. Weld is running for re-election in State Senate District 1.
“Senator Ryan Weld has shown, time and time again, he is principled leader who will work to enact policies that make West Virginia a better place to live, work and raise a family. Senator Weld’s record of bold leadership toward lowering taxes, controlling government spending, and empowering students and parents in education is why we endorsed him. We look forward to continuing to work with Senator Weld and are excited about the prospect of him leveraging his principled leadership as the next Judiciary Chairman of the Senate,” said AFP-WV State Director Jason Huffman.
