SALT LAKE CITY, UT – Americans for Prosperity-Utah (AFP-UT) celebrated the victory of Jill Koford in her race for the state House of Representatives, where she unseated a Democratic incumbent in a highly competitive race for House District 10.
Her victory comes after the AFP-UT team, along with their dedicated activist base, spent months canvassing HD-10 to make sure voters knew that Koford was the right candidate for the job.
AFP-UT State Director, Kevin Greene, gave the following statement:
“We’re thrilled that Utah will have a new, hardworking member of the state House who will be a champion on all the issues Utahns are facing right now.
“AFP-UT will be right there alongside her in the Capitol in the next session to fight for policies that will ease the cost of living, expand educational freedom, and create housing abundance across the Beehive State.”
