AFP-SD Applauds State Senate, Calls for Action on Tariffs

SIOUX FALLS, SD—Americans for Prosperity-South Dakota (AFP-SD) today applauds the South Dakota State Senate for passing a resolution recognizing the harms of tariffs on the state’s workforce and economy.

AFP-SD State Director Don Haggar issued the following statement:

“Tariffs are having a detrimental impact on South Dakota. We applaud the Senate for urging the President to prioritize and protect our economy, and we hope our Congressional delegation will continue to relay the urgency in which we need a solution to current unfair trade barriers.”
