AFP-OK Announces Two Additional State House Endorsements Ahead of General Election

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Today, Americans for Prosperity-Oklahoma (AFP-OK) announced its endorsement of Emily Gise and Representative Max Wolfley for the Oklahoma House of Representatives, in a strategic effort to bolster the state legislature with principled conservatives ahead of next year’s legislative session.

AFP-OK’s army of activists and volunteers have reached over 31,000 households to date this election cycle and will connect with thousands more voters in these districts over the remaining weeks until Election Day to make sure these outstanding candidates win their races.

AFP-OK State Director, John Tidwell, gave the following statement: 

“Next year, Oklahomans are counting on our state’s leaders to deliver on tax cuts, education reform, health care, and tackling the cost-of-living crisis. That’s why we’re excited to support Emily Gise and Rep. Max Wolfley in their bids for the legislature, to will help us get the job done. We’re ready to hit the ground in these critical districts to make sure they win in November.” 

Emily Gise (HD-90), an energetic newcomer with experience working in the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, will be a valued ally in the House to improve health care options for vulnerable communities. She will also back the growing movement to reduce or eliminate the state income tax, along with other fiscally responsible reforms.

Rep. Max Wolfley (HD-95), with 40 years of experience as a schoolteacher, is a passionate advocate for education reform who has led the charge on several key school choice bills while in office. He has consistently supported broad tax cuts and phasing out state income and corporate taxes, and will keep fighting for them in his next term.
