BOZEMAN, MT – Grassroots activists from all 50 states embarked on Capitol Hill this week as part of Americans for Prosperity’s annual Capitol Conference.
The 2023 Capitol Conference was the largest annual gathering of its kind to date with more than 200 meetings scheduled with members of Congress, senators and other policy champions.
Americans for Prosperity-Montana Legislative Director Henry Kriegel made the following statement:
“Now is a crucial inflection point for AFP’s efforts to influence good policy that benefits the American people. Our grassroots infrastructure gives us unique credibility when our staff meet with lawmakers, making us best-positioned to move the needle on issues such as economic freedom, education opportunity and energy abundance policies that improve the lives of not only Montanans, but all Americans.
“This week, we thanked lawmakers for taking the lead and stand ready to hold them accountable on these crucial issues.”
