AFP-Missouri Makes Three New Endorsements for Key State House Races
JEFFERSON CITY, MO – Americans for Prosperity-Missouri (AFP-MO) today announced its endorsement of three new candidates, including two non-incumbents, for the November general election in critical state House districts.
AFP-MO will deploy its vast base of grassroots activists to mobilize voters in support of these principled candidates through door knocking, mail campaigns and targeted digital advertisements.
Endorsed candidates
Mike Jones (HD-12): Jones, a veteran and small business owner, will be a strong advocate for fiscal responsibility and slashing the taxes and regulations that make it difficult to start and grow a business in Missouri. As a principled conservative, he believes in market-based solutions that will put individuals in charge of their health care and their children’s education.
State Rep. Philip Oehlerking (HD-100): Oehlerking is a champion for commonsense tax reform, who supported eliminating the state income tax during his first term. He is also a longtime advocate for school choice who will continue to support charter schools and the expansion of the Missouri Empowerment Scholarship Accounts Program.
Jim Robinette (HD-136): Robinette is an Army veteran and strong ally in the fight for education freedom who will get to work on day one advancing education reform. AFP-MO looks forward to working with him on key deregulation efforts and making Missouri a low-tax and Right-to-Work state.
