FRANKFORT, KY—Americans for Prosperity-Kentucky (AFP-KY) congratulated endorsed candidates on their successful runs to serve in the Kentucky state legislature.
Incumbent State Senator Chris McDaniel (SD-23) won reelection to the Kentucky State Senate, and incumbent State Representatives Susan Tyler Witten (HD-31), Ken Fleming (HD-48), and Marianne Proctor (HD-60) won reelection to the Kentucky House of Representatives.
Non-incumbents Aaron Reed and Vanessa Grossl also won their races and will represent the 7th senate district and 88th house district next session.
AFP-KY State Director Heather LeMire issued the following statement after the races were called:
“AFP-KY is proud to have backed these winning candidates to ensure that Kentucky continues to make progress on expanding educational opportunity, taking on regulatory reform, and increasing access to affordable, quality healthcare. We are excited to work with them in the next legislative session.
“With these policy majorities, the Bluegrass state will continue to advance limited government solutions that empower Kentuckians and improve lives for all Kentucky families.”
