Americans for Prosperity-Colorado Urges Action on Education Reform Amid National School Choice Week
DENVER, CO – As Coloradans across the state celebrate National School Choice Week, Americans for Prosperity-Colorado (AFP-CO) is urging the General Assembly and Governor Jared Polis to support education reform this legislative session.
AFP-CO State Director Jesse Mallory released the following statement:
“As we celebrate National School Choice Week and accomplishments in improving education for all students, we also recognize there is more work to be done here in Colorado.
“The aftermath of the pandemic has let countless Colorado students fall through the cracks and the legislature must do more to turn the tide. Each student deserves an education as unique as they are, tailored to their own learning needs.
“We strongly urge the legislature to pass strong educational reform bills this session that put students and families back in control of their child’s education.”
