Last week, the confirmation hearings for Judge Brett Kavanaugh were held, and he proved his sterling record as a fair and qualified judge.
Sadly, that didn’t stop obstructionists from launching meritless attacks against this defender of the Constitution. But Judge Kavanaugh stood strong, and let his record shine.
As Sen. Chuck Grassley, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee put it in a recent op-ed at the Daily Signal:
“In the face of a coordinated effort by opponents to derail the hearing, Kavanaugh was unflappable, showcasing his deep understanding of case law and legal precedent, his judicial independence, and his unwavering fidelity to the Constitution.”
