RICHMOND, VA—Americans for Prosperity-Virginia (AFP-VA) today announced its support for candidate Nick Clemente, vying to represent district 10 in the Virginia House of Delegates. Clemente earned support from the grassroots organization for his commitment to educational opportunity, reducing burdensome red tape to help rebuild a stronger economy, and improving access to quality health care Virginia families can afford.
The grassroots organization will lean on the unmatched strength of its activists in addition to layered digital advertisements and targeted direct mail to urge voters to support Clemente’s candidacy this November.
AFP-VA State Director JC Hernandez issued the following statement:
“As a Northern Virginia native, Nick Clemente understands the issues the families and businesses of his district face every day. If elected, Clemente will strongly advocate for educational opportunity and will fight to make sure our students have the building blocks to succeed. If elected, Clemente will also champion policy reforms for better access to quality, affordable health care and will prioritize getting our economy back on track to make it easier for small businesses to thrive and hardworking Virginians to provide for their families. Our activists are excited to hit the ground running to help elect Nick Clemente this November.”
In May, AFP-VA unveiled its first round of candidate endorsements: Americans for Prosperity-Virginia Announces State Legislative Endorsements.
Additionally, in late July AFP-VA rolled out its support for Jason Ballard running in the New River Valley: Americans for Prosperity-Virginia Throws Support Behind Jason Ballard for House of Delegates.
