RADFORD, VA—Americans for Prosperity-Virginia (AFP-VA) today announced its support for candidate Jason Ballard, vying to represent the 12th district in the Virginia House of Delegates. A military veteran and native of Pearisburg, Ballard earned the endorsement of AFP-VA for his vocal support of principled policy solutions to the greatest challenges Virginians face. Notably supporting greater access to better health care at a price Virginia’s families can afford, more opportunity for Southwest Virginia to rebuild and reinvigorate its economy, and ensuring students and their families have the foundation for a brighter future.
The grassroots organization will leverage a wide range of tactics in support of Ballard’s candidacy, including targeted direct mail and layered digital advertising.
AFP-VA State Director JC Hernandez issued the following statement:
“Our activists are excited to throw their full support behind Jason Ballard. A decorated military veteran and active community member in Giles, Ballard has emerged as a vocal supporter of principled policy solutions aimed at helping Southwest rebuild and prosper. By supporting reforms that make health care easier to access and more affordable for families, that build a strong educational foundation for our kids’ futures, and enhance our economy both in Southwest and across the Commonwealth, we know Jason Ballard will be an exceptional legislator when he’s elected this November.”
