AFP Virginia Commends State Legislature, Governor for Expediting Recognition of Medical Licenses

Richmond, Va. – Americans for Prosperity-Virginia today issued the following statement thanking Governor Northam and the Virginia Legislature for working to enact HB1701 and SB 757, legislation to expedite recognition of other state licenses to practice medicine in the Commonwealth.

“Thanks to the great work by the Legislature and the approval of the Governor, more Virginians will have access to affordable and quality health care because of HB1701 and SB757,” said State Director JC Hernandez. “Enacting this legislation expedites the recognition of other state licenses to practice medicine and deliver the care our residents need.”
