AFP-NE Statement on Tim Walz’s Omaha Town Hall Event
OMAHA, NE – Americans for Prosperity-Nebraska (AFP-NE) blasted Minnesota Governor Tim Walz for his town hall event in Omaha on Friday, calling on him to keep Minnesota’s dysfunctional policies out of the Cornhusker State.
John Gage, AFP-NE state director, made the following statement:
“Tim Walz is a failed governor and failed candidate from a state with a barely functional government. Hardworking Nebraskans need real solutions to their problems, not stump speeches from out-of-touch, out-of-state progressives who don’t share our values.
“Tim Walz should go home and figure out how to fix his own state’s issues, rather than lecturing Nebraskans.”
