Tele-Townhall with Governor Ricketts and AFP President Tim Phillips

LINCOLN, NE – Americans for Prosperity-Nebraska (AFP-NE) today announced they will host a tele-townhall with Governor Pete Ricketts and Americans for Prosperity President Tim Phillips to discuss the state and federal response to COVID-19.

Americans for Prosperity State Director Jessica Shelburn will interview Governor Ricketts and AFP President Tim Phillips on the current status of the coronavirus in Nebraska, the implemented public health and safety measures, the plan for lifting such measures, the economic impact to the state, what that impact means for Nebraska’s budget, and the steps being taken to help Nebraskans weather this difficult time. After their discussion, Governor Ricketts and Tim Phillips will answer questions from attendees.
