Regulations, at their core, are designed to help promote our country’s safety and success. Unfortunately, as regulations pile up, they slow and sometimes even completely hinder economic growth, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Ohio AFP together with Senators Kristina Roegner and Rob McColley decided that wasn’t the kind of future they want for their state and decided to make a change. In March of 2023, The Red Tape Reduction Act, which calls for cutting 30% of their regulations over the next 3 years, was signed into law.
