ICYMI: Americans for Prosperity – Georgia Hosted First Day at the Capitol of 2024, Highlights Continued Success Under the Gold Dome
ATLANTA, GA – Today, Americans for Prosperity – Georgia (AFP-GA) hosted the first Day at the Capitol of 2024. During the day, grassroots activists met with lawmakers and advocated for policies that will empower all Georgians.
Throughout the legislative session, AFP-GA will continue to host grassroots events to encourage lawmakers to pass legislation that will make the Peach State the best place to live, work, and raise a family.
AFP-GA State Director Tony West released the following statement following the Day at the Capitol:
“We thank our grassroots activists who showed up and made today another successful Day at the Capitol. AFP-GA’s grassroots support is key to our continued success and relationships with state lawmakers.
“From advocating for school choice, to fully repealing our state’s burdensome Certificate of Need laws, to reducing unnecessary occupational licensing requirements, AFP-GA will continue to have an active presence and voice under the Gold Dome.”
