ICYMI: AFP-TX Hosts Sen. Ted Cruz, energy industry leaders for policy roundtable
DALLAS, TX – Last week, Americans for Prosperity – Texas (AFP-TX) hosted U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) and leading members in the Texas energy industry for a roundtable discussion on how to unleash Texas energy and restore American energy independence. The discussion included 12 CEOs and business leaders from different sectors within the energy industry including Blockchain, liquified natural gas, nuclear, oil and gas.
Cruz asked the cohort of industry leaders where Washington should remove regulatory barriers to dependable energy production and asked for their insight into the role of energy in America’s national security and technical innovation.
The panel was the second “Unleash Texas Energy” roundtable as part of AFP-TX’s “Freedom is Bigger in Texas” campaign, a multi-year, statewide campaign to connect Texans with the policy solutions that will make Texas the best place to live the American Dream.
