Legislation Expands Educational Opportunities for Granite State Families

CONCORD, NH – Americans for Prosperity-New Hampshire (AFP-NH) applauded the New Hampshire House for passing Senate Bill 193, legislation that creates Education Savings Accounts (ESAs).  These accounts will provide low-income and working-class families the opportunity to find the best education environment that meets each student’s needs.

“ESAs are a critical reform that will ensure that no family will be forced to keep their child in an education environment that doesn’t meet their student’s needs,” said Greg Moore, AFP-NH State Director.  “This means that every child will have an opportunity to maximize his or her education experience.  This has been a long road and a few hurdles still remain, but this is a huge step toward helping our families thrive.”
