RICHMOND, VA – Americans for Prosperity Virginia (AFP-VA) through their grassroots advocacy, were able to halt multiple unconstitutional attacks on the First Amendment this session, as well as leading the fight to protect Right to Work laws.
Unfortunately, the General Assembly also passed several bills on mostly partisan lines that were strongly opposed by AFP-VA.

Despite these setbacks, AFP-VA celebrates the passage of a package of commonsense pro-growth reforms that modernize zoning to boost housing supply and affordability, protect property rights, and reduce regulatory burdens—delivering real relief through market-driven solutions and grassroots advocacy.
