Lancaster, PA – Americans for Prosperity-Pennsylvania (AFP-PA) on Monday launched a paid media effort including direct mail and digital advertisements thanking Senator Pat Toomey for standing strong and being vocal about the impact of harmful tariffs.
The announcement is part of AFP’s end of year push that is dedicated to forging bipartisan compromise to address criminal justice reform, immigration reform, free trade and runaway spending.
AFP-PA State Director Beth Anne Mumford issued the following statement:
“Senator Toomey knows that trade builds America. Our economy, our workers, and our families have a better chance to succeed when fair trade policies are in place. Tariffs and a harmful trade war make products more expensive for Pennsylvania families. It’s time for Congress to come together to oppose tariffs and support American trade.”
