HARRISBURG, PA – Today, Americans for Prosperity-Pennsylvania (AFP-PA) announced its endorsement of four candidates in competitive races for the state legislature ahead of the November midterm election.
Emily Brey, AFP-PA state director, gave the following statement:
“Pennsylvanians expect more from Harrisburg. This year, Democrats tried to raise taxes, hike energy rates, give special favors to labor unions, and delayed the state budget for months. AFP-PA is proud to endorse these leaders for reelection so they can continue holding the line against government overreach and overspending.
“AFP-PA’s strong network of grassroots activists across the Keystone State will reach thousands of Pennsylvanians in the coming weeks at the door, over the phone and through digital advertising to ensure victories in these must-win races.”
AFP-PA endorsed the following candidates:
State Sen. Jarrett Coleman (SD-16), State Rep. Tom Jones (SD-36), State Rep. Valerie Gaydos (HD-44), and State Rep. Joe Emrick (HD-137).
