AFP-PA Celebrates Endorsed State Legislative Candidates’ Election Night Wins

Americans for Prosperity Press Release

HARRISBURG, PA – Today, Americans for Prosperity-Pennsylvania (AFP-PA) celebrated its endorsed candidates for the General Assembly who won their races across the commonwealth.

AFP-PA’s activists and volunteers spent months canvassing across these candidates’ competitive state Senate and House districts. The organization’s layered approach to voter engagement through door-to-door conversations, phone calls, and targeted advertisements urged Pennsylvanians to support these principled leaders at the polls.

Emily Brey, AFP-PA state director, gave the following statement:

“Our team across the state is thrilled to see these policy champions return to Harrisburg next year. Together, we will continue our work to make Pennsylvania the keystone of the American Dream by lowering the cost of living, expanding our energy production, and making it affordable to buy a home and raise a family here.

“AFP-PA is a fulltime, year-round grassroots operation that will work to hold Gov. Shapiro and both chambers of the General Assembly accountable to the people.”

The following endorsed candidates won their races:

Rep. Tom Jones (SD-36), Sen. Kristin Phillips-Hill (SD-28), Rep. Joe D’Orsie (LD-47), Rep. Dallas Kephart (LD-73), Rep. David Rowe (LD-85), Rep. Mike Jones (LD-93), Rep. David Zimmerman (LD-99), and Rep. Robert Leadbeter (LD-109).
