AFP-OH Calls out Sherrod Brown as Tim Walz Campaigns Across Ohio
CLEVELAND/CINCINNATI—Today, as Tim Walz makes campaign stops across Ohio, Sherrod Brown is attempting to distance himself from the economic failures of the Biden-Harris administration. While it’s still unknown whether or not he will be fundraising with Walz, the reality is he has voted with the president nearly 100% of the time.
AFP-OH State Director Donovan O’Neil released the following statement:
“Whether or not Sherrod Brown joins Tim Walz as he campaigns for his radical agenda across Ohio today, one thing remains absolutely clear: Brown cannot run from his record.
“Sen. Brown has voted with the Biden-Harris agenda nearly 100% of the time, and these failing policies have left Ohioans with skyrocketing grocery and gas bills. It’s time that he is held accountable for the Buckeye state’s cost-of-living crisis and its arduous consequences that are harming hardworking families across Ohio.”
