Jackson, MS – Americans for Prosperity–Mississippi (AFP-MS) released the following statement from AFP-MS State Director Starla Brown in advance of the Senate Education Committee meeting on Tuesday morning:
“Families across Mississippi want education freedom. They understand that every child deserves to have the opportunity to learn in an environment that works best for them. To help meet this demand, we are urging members of the Senate Education Committee to advance policies that expand education freedom, like education savings accounts, which have been adopted in several of our neighboring states.”
AFP-MS will continue to champion bold policy reform that increases education freedom and increases opportunities for economic prosperity in Mississippi.
