FRANKFORT, Ky. – Americans for Prosperity-Kentucky (AFP-KY) on Wednesday applauded the Franklin Circuit Court’s decision to uphold Kentucky’s Right-to-Work law. AFP-KY led the charge to get right-to-work legislation through the legislature and to Governor Bevin’s desk for his signature.
“Today’s ruling by the Franklin Circuit Court affirming Kentucky’s right-to-work law is great news for workers and the economy,” said Timothy Gilliam, AFP-KY Deputy State Director. “Since passing right-to-work, we have seen tremendous investment in Kentucky directly attributable to our new right to work law, which gives Kentucky an economic advantage over states with compulsory unionism. We thank the Court for it’s ruling and standing with Kentucky’s workers.”
