AFPF-NH Grassroots Director Ross Connolly issued the following statement:
“Higher education should be the bastion of free speech, toleration, and robust and open debate. Unfortunately, free speech has been undermined and attacked on college campuses throughout the country. Restricting free speech and silencing those whom one disagrees with does a disservice to the college experience and discourages students from expressing their ideas and beliefs. We are excited to talk with students and interested Granite Staters about why free speech must be preserved as a fundamental right on college campuses and how quelling free speech does not prepare students for life after college.”
Media are welcome to attend, but they must RSVP by Tuesday at 5PM.
