Nation’s Largest Grassroots Organization Has Already Pledged $20M to Partner with Trump Administration to Unleash New Era of Prosperity for America
ARLINGTON, VA – Americans for Prosperity’s President and Chief Executive Officer Emily Seidel released the following statement congratulating President Trump and Vice President Vance on their Inauguration:
“On behalf of Americans for Prosperity, I want to offer my congratulations to President Trump, Vice President Vance, and their families on this historic day. The policy decisions of the next several years have the potential to define a generation, and while the work that lies ahead won’t be easy, we now have an opportunity to implement bold solutions that will improve the lives of every American.
“Americans have sent a resounding mandate to Washington to undo the damage of the last four years and unleash a new era of prosperity. That’s why AFP and the millions of Americans we represent are already hard at work on the top issues we heard about from voters this year. We stand ready to work with President Trump and his administration to build on the success of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, to secure our borders, unleash American energy, eliminate waste, and rein in government overreach after the landmark Supreme Court Loper Bright ruling.

Last week, Americans for Prosperity launched a major $20 million push to renew the historic tax cuts that will be a top priority for President Trump’s legislative agenda this year. The campaign, the largest effort to date by an outside organization to support President Trump’s second-term legislative agenda, will mobilize AFP’s grassroots army across all 50 states to tell Washington that now is not the time for higher taxes.
