LITTLE ROCK, AR- Americans for Prosperity Arkansas (AFP-AR) praised Gov. Huckabee Sanders’ transformational leadership across the Natural State following the Governor’s State of the State this afternoon.
AFP-AR State Director Ryan Norris released the following statement:
“Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders has demonstrated transformational leadership for the people of Arkansas—expanding educational freedom and strengthening the state’s economy. As we enter the fiscal session, there is a clear opportunity to build on that record by reining in spending and ensuring government lives within its means.
“At a time when affordability is top of mind for Arkansas families, prioritizing responsible budgeting sends a clear signal that state leadership is aligned with the concerns of its citizens. With this continued focus, Arkansas is well-positioned to make further historic progress, including advancing a Pathway to Zero state income tax.”
