Jorge is the senior vice president of policy at Americans for Prosperity. Jorge previously served as the executive and policy director of The LIBRE Initiative as well as vice president of operations and policy. Having worked in both the private and public sectors, he brings extensive experience in policy development and a keen understanding of its impact on the economy, businesses, and communities. Prior to joining Americans for Prosperity and The LIBRE Initiative, Jorge served as strategic policy advisor to Luis Fortuño, governor of Puerto Rico. He also practiced law as an associate at the law firm of Holland & Knight and began his career as an attorney for the city of Miami. Jorge is a member of the Florida Bar, holds a J.D. from Georgetown University, graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor of business administration. Jorge is married to his lovely wife of 8 years, Margaux Manley, and is the proud father of two daughters, Catalina and Mariana.
