Hiawatha, KS—Leading up to the highly anticipated primary election in August, Americans for Prosperity-Kansas (AFP-KS) is using its grassroots army to educate voters on Sean Willcott who is running for House District 62.
Earlier this year, Willcott partnered with AFP-KS to bring awareness to outdated microbrewery laws that limited businesses from distributing products in the state. On the AFP podcast “American Potential,” Willcott talked about his experience as a microbrewer in Kansas and how AFP-KS helped him engage on policy solutions.
AFP-KS Deputy State Director, Jon Lueth, made the following statement:
“Sean is a small business owner who saw a broken system that hurt Kansans and his actions helped advance major regulatory reforms in our state. We are thrilled to support his run for office, knowing he will continue to put the needs of Kansans first, looking for ways to address spending and tax issues while making our education opportunities stronger. We look forward to connecting with residents and sharing why Sean is the best candidate for HD-62. The potential with Sean in office is truly untapped!”
