AFP-KS celebrates new law to ease burden for Kansas small business owners
TOPEKA, KS—Americans for Prosperity-Kansas (AFP-KS) is thrilled to see HB 2124 signed by the Governor following a push for the legislation by Kansas’ premier grassroots organization. This law will significantly reduce regulatory barriers for microbreweries and foster growth and economic opportunity across the state.
AFP-KS Deputy State Director, Jon Lueth, made the following statement:
“AFP-KS heard about the red tape microbrewers were facing across Kansas and helped give them a voice in the State House. We’re thrilled to see the local business community uplifted by this new law and getting state government out of the way of competition and consumer access in the marketplace.
“It was time to untap microbreweries in Kansas who were once held back by outdated rules and open opportunities for businesses to thrive in our state.”
