Americans for Prosperity Launches Ads to Encourage House Majority Leader Kerry Benninghoff to Bring Taxpayer Protection Act to a Vote
HARRISBURG, Pa. – Americans for Prosperity-Pennsylvania (AFP-PA) today launched new digital and radio ads as part of the grassroots group’s first push to begin to take steps to bring the Taxpayer Protection Act to the floor this fall. The Taxpayer Protection Act, also known as HB 71, will amend the state constitution to cap government spending. The cap will be determined by averaging the sum of the previous three years’ inflation plus state population growth rates.”
