Americans for Prosperity-Florida Praises State Leadership for Tackling Tort Reform
Tallahassee, Fla. – Americans for Prosperity-Florida State Director Skylar Zander issued the following statement after the announcement by state leadership of a comprehensive tort reform package.
“We are excited to see Governor DeSantis, Senate President Passidomo, and House Speaker Renner come together to announce their focus on meaningful judicial reform this year. In order for Florida to have a thriving economy, it must also have a judicial system that keeps frivolous lawsuits from bogging down the innovative and entrepreneurial spirit of job creators.
