AFP-GA Calls Out “Bidenomics” as Treasury Secretary Visits Atlanta Metro Area
Atlanta, Georgia—Today Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen visited Norcross to highlight the Biden Administration’s economic and energy policies at a solar cell manufacturing plant.
Americans for Prosperity-Georgia (AFP-GA) State Director Tony West issued the following statement on the Treasury Secretary’s visit:
“The energy and economic policies of the Biden Administration have directly contributed to the diminished quality of life and increased cost of living that’s squeezing hardworking Georgians and Secretary Yellen is one its chief architects.”
“The Administration’s lop-sided energy policy is another “Bidenomics” plank that’s making life more expensive. It’s on full display as Secretary Yellen showcases this administration’s favoritism for certain energy technologies. Rather than picking winners and losers, President Biden should embrace an all-of-the-above approach to domestic energy production. Unfortunately, we’re getting more of the same “Bidenomics” while Georgians get less and less at the grocery store and at the gas pump.”
