Tyler Koteskey

Policy Director, Concerned Veterans for America

Tyler Koteskey is policy director for Concerned Veterans for America. He previously served as senior foreign policy analyst at Americans for Prosperity.

Based in Washington, D.C. Koteskey was also a Fall 2020 Marcellus Policy Fellow with the John Quincy Adams Society, where his research focused on Naval spending priorities to facilitate a grand strategy of offshore balancing.

Prior to joining AFP and CVA, Koteskey was a policy analyst at the Reason Foundation. His work has been featured in Newsweek, the Washington Examiner, the Hill, the Orange County Register, and CapX. Koteskey graduated from the University of California Los Angeles in 2015 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science.
