Rachelle Engen

Rachelle Engen currently serves as the Senior Policy Analyst for Foundational Education. She is guided by her strong belief that parents know what kind of educational environment will best suit their children’s needs. Rachelle works with our state teams and policymakers across the nation to help expand educational options for students and put policies in place that will help students discover, develop, and deploy their unique passions and talents.
