Thompson v. Marietta Education Association
(1) Whether the government violates the First Amendment when it designates a labor union to represent and speak for public-sector employees who object to its advocacy on their behalf; and (2) whether Minnesota State Board for Community Colleges v. Knight should be limited to it’s holding or overruled.
