Americans for Prosperity Applauds Indiana’s Biennial Budget Plan

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Americans for Prosperity-Indiana (AFP-IN) today praised Indiana lawmakers for supporting a fiscally responsible budget for fiscal year 2024 and 2025 that expands school choice and accelerates income tax cuts.

AFP-IN State Director Josh Webb issued the following statement:

“Today, Indiana lawmakers took a principled stand to pass a balanced budget that supports individual income tax cuts while also sustainably funding students through school choice and expanded educational opportunities. We applaud their efforts to empower every Hoosier family and student, to cut taxes, and put money back in the pockets of hardworking taxpayers.

“We are thankful for our leaders’ hard work this session and look forward to continuing to work with our policy champions in the legislature and activists across the state to advance personal freedom, fiscal responsibility and bottom up solutions to the challenges Hoosiers face.”
